Suite Yourself in Las Vegas

apartments in Las Vegas find Las Vegas apartments

Moving to Las Vegas soon? Moving to somewhere new, to me, is a terrifying idea. What if I can’t get used to the new environment? What if I don’t like my new job? What if it turns out that moving to LAs Vegas isn’t the best idea? You can probably tell by now, I’m pretty much a home person.

Finding the perfect place to stay can be quite challenging. I mean, no offence, but living for a long term in a motel is not a very good idea. You want a place you can call home, somewhere comfortable and affordable. You will want to have privacy, some brick walls instead of wooden partition. You want to have your own space, not share a dorm with a dozen of strangers. Perhaps you want to rent a place that is near your new workplace or very accessible by public transportation. Maybe you would prefer somewhere less high traffic, or just a room for yourself instead of an apartment. Fully furnished? Partially furnished? Can you keep pets?

If you are looking for Las Vegas Apartments, then this site is the ideal home search portal simply because it has a list of Apartments in Las Vegas for rent. With properties all across Las Vegas, be it Western, Southern, Central, Eastern, Northern, even NorthWestern, there will be a place for you. Now, the important thing is the rent, right? Well, rent starts from..are you ready? Only $100..up to $2000, of course, it depends on the location, facilities and space.

You get to see pictures of your new abode on the website so you don’t need to, say, travel all the way from Washington D.C. to Las Vegas just to view a room/apartment. And for your convenience, some maps are available for viewing too so you can roughly gauge the distance between your new loft and new workplace.

Pimp my house!

architecture services planning applications

I have a very tight schedule this week. I need to search for an architect to plan my home renovations. I have planned it for completion before this Christmas. I have looked all over the yellow pages for a reliable architect, and seems like it is not as easy as it sounds.

I really hope that I can turn back times to my college years. I should have taken the architectural practice. It might have come in handy for this day. I did have many friends back then taking the course. Now, I can’t get in touch with anyone of them. I use to follow them during their assignment. It really amazed me how they handled the outline planning applications. Such talents in drawing are necessary and I don’t think I am capable in doing it.

Now I’m having trouble with my renovation project. There are so many things to take care off. I do not think I can simply do renovation to my home without knowing the building regulations first. I must do it legally or it could become troublesome for me later on.

After I am done with my home renovation, my next project is to own a company. Who knows, it might as well be an architects company handling projects for commercial properties. I should open a blog for it that way maybe I can get in touch with my college friends and work with them. That would be a blast!
